Clarksville Christian School Announces Senior Scholarships and ACT Scores
Clarksville Christian School is proud to announce Senior Scholarship and ACT results for the class of 2017.
In academic scholarship offerings alone, the class of 2017 was offered almost $900,000 from various colleges and universities. Additionally, other “sister schools” such as Lipscomb University and Harding University, offered in excess of $200,000 in tuition discounts to students attending their universities. These numbers, combined with various other scholarships and grants awarded to the class of 2017, total over 1.1 million dollars.
Much of the academic success of these students is due to their diligence in academics, which has resulted in high ACT scores and grade point averages. The CCS class of 2017 has an average ACT composite score of 23.3, far exceeding the Tennessee average of 19.9 and the national average of 20.8. Even more impressive, half of the students scored at or above a 25 composite on the ACT.
CCS is pleased to share data that is reflective of an increased academic rigor. These results are a testament to the dedication and hard work of our faculty, students, and parents. We are pleased to see the evidences of a faith-based educational environment where our students’ academic achievements continue to rival that of their peers nationwide. Our faculty and students have truly demonstrated academic excellence through Christian faith. Please pray that God will continue to bless CCS both spiritually and academically.
