Dr. Jill McDaniel serves as the Autism Services Director at Clarksville Christian School. Dr. McDaniel is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and has been involved in research and teaching children with autism since 2001. Additionally, she is accredited through the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).
Dr. McDaniel received her Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Psychology/Biology from Southampton College of Long Island University in 2002. She received her M.Ed. in Special Education in 2006, and her Ph.D. in Special Education in 2011, both from Vanderbilt University. She holds professional memberships in the Tennessee Association for Behavior Analysis and the Association for Behavior Analysis International.
She and her family have recently relocated back to the Nashville area from Australia. While in Australia, she was employed as the Executive Director for the Woodbury Autism Education and Research Center in Baulkham Hills. She holds additional work experience at the Behavior Analysis Child and Adolescent Clinic at Vanderbilt, and was an Applied Behavior Analysis private consultant to children with autism and/or other disabilities and their families.
