What a GREAT morning at CCS! Our Grandparents & Grandfriends Day program was full of smiles, music, laughter, proud grandparents, and some pretty amazing kids. We`re so thankful for everyone who helped make it such a special morning!

A huge thank-you to our Director of Fine Arts, Leah Richmond, for leading such a wonderful program, and to our emcee, Parker Shortt, for keeping everything moving and making us all smile along the way. And, of course, we have to give a special shout-out to our CJROTC cadets, who helped with parking. And good gracious, did we need them today! 😂

And thanks to our CCS students. You worked hard, practiced, performed, and did your very best to make this morning special for the people who came to see you. We are so proud of you!

We absolutely appreciate our teachers and staff who helped prepare our students and support the program, and all of our parents and friends who joined us.

But today was really about our grandparents!!! We love you, and we are so thankful for the love, encouragement, prayers, and support you pour into your grandchildren.

And we were blessed to have grandparents travel from all over the country to be here, including New York, North Dakota, and even Hawaii! That says something pretty special about the love grandparents have for their grandchildren.

Thank you for showing up for them. Thank you for cheering them on. And thank you for supporting Clarksville Christian School.

🏈 THE SEARCH BEGINS!

Clarksville Christian School is preparing for the inaugural season of Centurion Football in Fall 2027, and we are launching the search for our first-ever Head Football Coach.

CCS has engaged Cardinal Grange Consulting to lead that nationwide search. We will work closely with Cardinal Grange Managing Partner Jim Nichols throughout the recruitment process. Nichols brings more than 20 years of NCAA coaching and athletic administration experience, including leadership roles across the SEC, Big 12, Sun Belt, and Conference USA.

We’re seeking a top-tier leader, coach, and mentor who can build a program from the ground up while teaching the game of football and the lessons that come with it. Above all, this coach must be a Christ-centered leader who will model a life of faith, character, integrity, discipline, and servant leadership while investing in the lives of our student-athletes.

We’re looking for someone who sees football as more than a game, but as an opportunity to develop young men, build lasting relationships, and help prepare them to lead and serve well both on and off the field. The foundation is being laid. The search begins now.

🏐 STATE CHAMPIONS! 🏆

What a way to finish the season! Our CCS Middle School Volleyball team won the 2026 TSIAA Middle School State Championship! The Lady Centurions battled their way to the championship Saturday evening and won in two sets to claim the title!

A huge congratulations to Coach Martha Sheffield and assistant coaches Courtney Cottrell and Marissa Espinosa for leading this team throughout an incredible season. Their hard work and commitment to these girls made all the difference, and we are so thankful for the time and energy they poured into this team.

And what a crowd! Thank you to everyone who came out to cheer our Centurions on to victory. Parents and grandparents, faculty and staff, members of our varsity volleyball squad, and so many others filled the stands and made sure this team knew they had an entire CCS family behind them. Your support helped make championship night even more special!

And finally, a BIG congratulations to our 2026 TSIAA Middle School State Champions! 🏆🏐

This team worked hard, played together, trusted one another, and developed the kind of chemistry that makes a great team even better. They stayed committed to each other from the first serve to the final point, and they represented CCS with tremendous heart and class.
