Our All-School Assembly and Christmas Sing-Along was filled with joy, laughter, and plenty of Christmas spirit! 🎶🎅 Students and staff joined together for a time of festive fun, singing all our favorite holiday songs and celebrating the season as a Centurion family. ❤️🎤

But one of the best parts? 🎁 A surprise entrance from a very special visitor! 🎅❄️ The moment he appeared, the room erupted with cheers, smiles, and excitement from children of ALL ages! 🎉✨

We love the Christmas season and are thankful for opportunities like this to spread joy, create memories, and celebrate together as a CCS family. 🎄💫

What an amazing Thursday night we had at CCS! 🏀✨ With a full lineup of FOUR basketball games and an open house buzzing with excitement, the energy in the air was unstoppable. And one of the highlights of the evening - our CenCHEERions Elementary Cheer Squad stole the show with their adorable and spirited routines! 🎀💃

A huge thank you to our wonderful cheer coaches who pour their hearts into these little leaders, and to our middle school and varsity big sisters for their support and encouragement. Your mentorship makes such a difference! 💕

🎉 Big News for CCS Engineering Students! 🎉

Congratulations to Savannah Crowley and Audrey Stimson, seniors in the CCS Engineering & Technology Institute, for being awarded a Tennessee Junior Academy of Sciences (TJAS) Research Grant! Their innovative project—a compact 200-square-foot garden and chicken coop combination—is designed to make sustainable home-based food production accessible for those with limited space or resources.🌱🐔

This recognition highlights their creativity and dedication to solving real-world challenges, and the competitive TJAS grant will help these students refine their design. Upon completion, their project will be submitted for consideration to be presented at the annual TJAS meeting and, if selected, it will be one of only 25 from across the state of Tennessee to be showcased at the event.

Launched in the 2019-20 school year, the CCS Engineering & Technology Institute offers a rigorous curriculum, hands-on learning, and a focus on real-world problem-solving. This spring, ETI members in the Class of 2025 will become the third graduating cohort to earn both a CCS high school diploma and an ETI certificate.
