Happy Thanksgiving from Clarksville Christian School! 🦃🍂🙏🏼

Today, as we pause from the pace of everyday life, our hearts turn gratefully to the Lord for His abundant blessings over our Centurion family. From the joy in our classrooms to the support we feel throughout the Clarksville-Montgomery County community, we`re reminded each day that God’s goodness surrounds us in countless ways.

On this day of thankfulness, we celebrate the students who inspire us, the families who walk alongside us, and the faculty and staff who invest so faithfully in shaping the next generation. We thank God for allowing CCS to be a place where faith, learning, and Christ-centered love join together.

May your Thanksgiving be filled with peace, joy, and a renewed sense of gratitude for every good gift the Lord provides. Happy Thanksgiving, CCS family!

“Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever.” — Psalm 107:1

Clarksville Christian School was honored to welcome Governor Bill Lee to our campus today! When his office reached out to us for this Thanksgiving visit, we were grateful to share a glimpse of what makes CCS such a special place. 🦃🍂

Governor Lee toured classrooms, saw the students’ Thanksgiving Parade projects, and engaged in conversations about gratitude. Our students proudly showcased their talents, and he reminded them that God made each of them truly unique.

As we enter this season of thankfulness, we give glory to God for the families, students, and staff who make CCS a vibrant, Christ-centered school. Today was a powerful reminder of the lasting impact Christian education has on the lives of our students.

“Need anything?”

That was the question beloved servant leader, Rep. Jeff Burkhart, asked everyone around him, including our CCS family. At Jeff`s memorial, his brother, Phil Burkhart, and longtime friend Tay Joslin shared powerful tributes about his commitment to living out the heart of that question. (You can view the service at https://www.youtube.com/live/S09jZ3wE_fk?app=desktop&si=ddWuAgkx8c4t2U7M)

Just last month, he shared his time on our campus to honor CCS Coach Trenton Hassell. As always, Jeff laughed with longtime friends and celebrated the accomplishments of others.

“Need anything?”

That question takes on a more powerful meaning today. Let’s honor Jeff Burkart`s legacy by living out his signature phrase. Let’s serve our neighbors here and around the world with the same heart, care, and stewardship that defined his life.

We all miss you. We’re grateful for you, and we know we’ll see you again.
